If i could rate in the negative i would. Rented a house about a year ago from them, and was taken advantage of as a first time renter. Had them blackmail me into having an inspection for new potential tenants under the guise they wouldn't give a recommendation to potential future renters, even the prospetic tenants felt like they were intruding as quite a few said sorry to me, i mean all my furniture was still there at this point and we initially asked for them to do it after we moved out, absolutley no respect for our personal space. Tricked us into signing our bond away over a water bill they lied about, and tried to squeeze us for hundreds of dollars more after we had moved out and signed the bond away without giving it too much thought. Also rude and unprofessional, when I signed over the keys at their office and returned them Kerry made comments about how I smell, on a 40 degree day when I had been driving an hour in the heat to drop keys to them. Martin told me a story about an aboriginal family that rented from them calling them dirty, which came across as quite racist to me also. If they want to deny this happened I still have a 30+ minute audio recording from when I went to return the keys that say otherwise. Steer well and truly away from these crooks, after renting privately I realise how bad these guys really were. We had a massive bee hive in the side of the house they refused to get somebody to exterminate or relocate the bees and they would find their way into the house quite frequently. Martin told me to go there at night and spray it with fly spray, like it was my job to be the exterminator saying they never bothered anyone". Well they bothered us and we were living there

Please ignore the horrible comments that have never used this real estate at all.I have been with this real estate for 14 years. After applying and applying for houses while being heavily pregnant and recently married. Finally with a 2 week old baby Kerry and Martin gave my husband and I a place to call home for our new family. Since then we have never left this wonderful caring and understanding husband and wife team. They care about us. They are family oriented real estate. My family grew to four kids they have been ever accommodating with major events that came up with raising a big family. Very prompt to get things sorted that go wrong in the rental properties. I then split up with my husband and had no where to go so they sorted me out a unit. Sure beats sleeping in a car. They made sure my unit was clean and ready to move straight in and sleep.

If there was a zero, I would give this Laurel and Hardy husband and wife act at its best. Rude, unprofessional, uneducated in current procedural management requirements and argumentative when questioned. If you have money to waste be my guest if you want professional avoid at all costs.

We found Martin and Kerry (Husband and Wife) to be a very professional family team. We found them to both go above and beyond their professional services. Nothing was too much trouble for them.They take pride in their business and always ensure they deliver the best service possible.Would highly recommend Greenough Real Estates service to either Owners or Tenants alike.Just needed to add, recently sold our property through this lovely team also, never had a problem and found Martin and Kerry to be very Professional, Reliable and friendly!!!!

This Duo are quite unfriendly and not helpful.If your view point doesn’t align with their’s, expect:- A difficult time for the duration of your tenancy.- Them to rake in as much money as possible from the lease (forget if there is a world wide pandemic they just want their money, even if your income has been severely reduced by things out of your control.)- At the end of lease, make getting another rental harder.- Them to make you sign your bond over and do it even without doing an end of lease condition report.- Them to provide inaccurate references to other agencies.They really shouldn’t be in businessSteer clear!

They sold me a house and it was pretty good, they also gave me a drink after I bought it. Would recommend, unfortunately their staff weren't young enough to hit on, which is a shame because I felt the lady was interested in me.
