Rob Mason made our house purchase in Albany a delight. After many years dealing with other agents who would only show you through places that had not sold and would never follow-up when you provided your contact details, Rob was a breath of fresh air. He really tried to get me and the vendor to come to an agreement, provided excellent post-sale communication and arranged a visit with the vendor just prior to settlement to handover all the tricks to maintaining the property. The bottle of wine was also a nice touch and the way his whole family helped out at the auction was wonderful. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

Rob & Lee provided a fantastic service throughout the recent purchase of our property in Denmark. I traveled to Denmark from Perth at very short notice and Lee Brampton met me at the first property with a coffee in hand! I didn't feel rushed or pushed into any viewings that I wasn't interested in and in fact felt Lee's honest guidance helped me to use my limited time very efficiently. Rob's email and phone communication was punctual and proactive which meant we knew we were top of mind among other buyers & vendors. Very reassuring.
