I’ve worked with Focus West for many years as they managed my investment unit. I have always found them efficient, polite and have great communication. Michelle sold my property recently and communicated after every Home Open. Highly recommend her and the team.

Don't recommend at all. They'll find ways to charge you extra when you move out and lie/manipulate the situation to benefit their pockets. They don't prioritize people's well being.

Everyone at Focus West Property are amazing! We have never had a single day that our property was not rented. They are professional in every which way. Excellent customer service. Always keeping us in the loop. We feel our property is getting taken care of by people who genuinely care about people and their properties. I can not express enough how happy we are with Focus West Property. I would in a heart beat recommend them to anyone looking for Property Managers. And the tenants they have had in our property have been great. Our property is in great condition because of them. Great work Focus West Property!

Have been dealing with Focus West and Michelle for a few years now. Always professional. Even with disagreements at times, but matters are resolved amicably. Komalpreet was tasked for the sale of our property. She is doing a fantastic job. Always prompt replies and we are well informed of the progress. Well done and thanks.

'stole' $500+ from us. (took all our bond money).Had a break lease with this company.$258 advertising fee when they did nothing but post it on the the usual website; but reject ~6 applicants from home viewing #1 because applicants weren't good enough, and then on the second home visiting no one even came. It was then that I relealized I was the one that had to advertise it of which is then got rented out; if it wasn't for me advertising the property I was looking at 5 months of me paying rent when I'm not even living there.They also advertised the property way too late, after a number of reminders. I also gave them 30+days notice.Cleaning cost of $385 when leaving because the 'toilet was cloudy' and some other dumb stuff. I don't believe they even cleaned the place at all. I had the place cleaned already...double payed rent once because of a bank glitch, and they refused to give my money back.Too much effort to fight them in court and stuff, and I missed one of the appeal processes for when you disagree with the bond because I was awaiting legal advice during holiday periods which took too long.in some countries, contracts are just formalities. This whole break lease idea where they don't even have to make an effort to rent the property out is just absurd. They also then upped the price of the property by $100 or so; that's wild.The whole thing is like going against robots; because there is almost no human interaction.

I have read some of other reviews but from experience I disagree with the bad reviews here. If anyone who is going with foucs West property I highly recommend you ask for KOMAL PREET . She has the patience to listen and ettend to all your needs as a agent and does her very best to do so . I my self had a very pleasant experience with all there stuff.Some times is not easy to meet everyones needs but I think this real estate agent is honest, fair and ethical in there business practices .

This is an opportunistic agency that abuses tenants to pay for things that are already damaged in the house and then they force you to pay for damages that we as tenants never did, they are far from using the professional word! but they are experts creating problems for the tenant and getting every last bit of money out of you, we struggled a lot to activate the gas, electricity and hot water! This agency has a very good strategy where they legally take out every last dollar so that you can pay for problems that already came from the house! Terrible quality to deal with and solve problems, I wish I had never rented with this agency with such opportunistic staff and thieves! Poor quality.

Komal Preet was fantastic and got me a tenant so fast and at a wonderful rent. Not just a pretty face. She is very efficient, hardworking and always delivers as promised. Michelle is lucky to have her.
